Using this daily for stress relief and it's been wonderful. The carbon fiber panels distribute heat evenly and the red light wavelengths feel therapeutic. Good build quality overall and the compact design works perfectly in my spare bedroom. Great value for the features included.
This sauna looks elegant in my home office and performs beautifully. The combination of infrared heat and red light therapy creates such a relaxing experience. Canadian hemlock wood is gorgeous and smells amazing. Assembly was easier than expected and everything fits together perfectly. The 1170W power is just right for quick heating without overloading circuits.
The 15-minute heat up time is incredible compared to my old sauna. Red light therapy is relaxing and the wood quality is top notch. Great investment!
Been using this for three months now and it's fantastic. The made to high standards red light therapy was a major selling point for me. Temperature control is precise and the low EMF feature was important for frequent use. Beautiful craftsmanship on the hemlock wood. Highly recommend for anyone wanting spa quality at home.

Only wish it had a slightly larger interior, but for a 1-person unit it's quite comfortable. The hemlock wood smells wonderful.
